Donations and Donors

The volunteers of Cochrane Search and Rescue continue to receive tremendous community support. On June 24, we raised more than $4,500 at our fourth annual garage sale, thanks to all donors and shoppers. Every dollar donated to CSAR is used directly to provide our services.

Our volunteer-based group of more than 70 works in conjunction with the RCMP and other emergency response agencies. Our dedicated members have invested hundreds of hours in training and purchasing equipment to help those in need – not just in our area but also to assist Search and Rescue efforts throughout Alberta.
