BY-LAWS, COCHRANE SEARCH AND RESCUE ASSOCIATION ARTICLE VI – Borrowing Powers:
Section 1 – Borrowing powers: The Association may borrow or raise funds to meet its objectives and operations.
ARTICLE VII - SEAL OF THE ASSOCIATION
Section 1 – Seal: The Board may adopt a seal as the Seal of the Association. The Secretary has control and custody of the seal, unless the Board decides otherwise. The Seal of the Association may only be used by Officers authorized by the Board. The Board must pass a motion to name the authorized Officers.
ARTICLE VIII – OPERATING PROCEDURES
Section 1 – Operating Procedures: The Association will maintain an active set of Operating Procedures. This document will provide the detailed instructions necessary to carry out the basic operation of the Association. |
