BY-LAWS, COCHRANE SEARCH AND RESCUE ASSOCIATION

 

ARTICLE I — NAME AND PURPOSE

 

Section 1 — Name:  The name of the organization is Cochrane Search and Rescue Association (CSAR).  Herein referred to as the Association.  The Association is a registered non-profit organization.

 

Section 2 — Purpose:  CSAR’s primary function is that of a community resource to assist the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in a variety of search and rescue functions and community education.  See Operating Procedures, Section 1, Introduction for further details.
